It&#039;s because I only find this kind of thing while researching very specific topics; in this case commodification of resistance and so came here from one of Nathan&#039;s posts. I wanted to know if you have read Jameson&#039;s Post-modernity or The Logic of Late Capitalism? (1991) this post could definitely use a references to it. The de-branding of the franchise store in Seattle can be explored in-terms of being pastiche and even schizophrenic in the Jamesonian sense as it would be without identity and in the role of performing a characterisation of unique presence.]]></description>
